FLOTTWEG Disc Stack Centrifuges
FLOTTWEG Disc Stack Centrifuges with self cleaning bowl are used for clarifying and 3-phase separation of liquid-solid suspensions. Clarifying is to separate suspended solids from liquids (2 phases). 3-phase separation is to separate two immiscible liquids and solids simultaneously.
FLOTTWEG’s product range for disc stack centrifuges comprises several sizes and includes capacities form blow 1 m³/h (5 gallons per minute) up to 85 m³/h (370 gallons per minute).
FLOTTWEG TRICANTERS enable three-phase separation with simultaneous separation of two immiscible liquids with different densities and one solid phase, provided that the liquids have a different density and the solid phase is the heaviest phase.
FLOTTWEG’s TRICANTERS size range is from pilot scale or small production up to industrial scale with capacities with product of 80 m³/h (350 gallons per minute).
